With our in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nacca [GES], Montessori and British curriculum, our Team of facilitators and consultants are passionate driven to help transform your tutors to be as good as gold. Our training is in two [2] folds; one that generally enables your tutors to be more effective in their classes; and another which leads participating tutors them in the furtherance of their education-i.e.: certificate, diploma or degree wise.
Certificate/ Award Scheme
The training is general training for the
effectiveness of all tutors in the participating school. This is a certificate worthy training. Our general training comes in both public seminar & in-service training. Our in-service trainings are conducted either during the morning or evenings. For convenience sake a blend of both is done to deliver the optimum result which is for an improved school system within the contract period
Our certificates are not mediocrely given out. We believe not participation/ attendance.
performance should be rewarded. Therefore, in as much as we may give certificate for attendance after one year of combined effective training; we give tutors who have excelled and stood out in discharging teaching skills in their very school- the Outstanding Teachers Certificate.
Further study
In affiliation with various tertiary educational institutions of learning, participant of the general
training with certificate are to acquire either a diploma/ degree. Outstanding participating tutor
are therefore able to skip one year in the pursuit of further education in our partnering
tertiary institutions [both international & national].
