For the purposes of effective follow-up; i.e.: monitoring of the impact of training rendered in the participating schools- the terminal examination of participating schools are conducted by our consultants. Within this time, the facilitators help the participating tutors in forming a good assessment and questioning skills during the 2-years of their understudy.
